CURRICULUM OVERVIEW
LeadershipTools uses a blended learning model to provide education, application, and reinforcement of professional management and leadership skills for an hour a week during a three, six, nine, or twelve month development program. This approach helps leaders not only learn but apply and reinforce professional management skills and 20 core leadership skills. All leaders complete between 50 and 200 curriculum items depending on the length of the program. The following are examples of different types of curriculum items:
